As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Crisis Unit at Alpha Chemical Dependency Treatment, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
Your primary duties will include:
- Supporting consumers with basic living skills and providing education on medication management and health-related topics
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records, including client charts, progress notes, and daily summaries
- Collaborating with the Crisis Team to coordinate services and ensure consumer safety and well-being
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and be able to communicate effectively with consumers, families, and healthcare professionals.
