  • Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement department to acquire necessary materials and supplies for production.
  • Work alongside the manufacturing team to formulate and execute production strategies.
  • Manage the production workflow from initiation to completion, ensuring all products adhere to quality benchmarks and are dispatched on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication among various departments to promote a seamless production process.
  • Address any production-related challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Assess and enhance production methodologies to boost efficiency and minimize expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as biotechnology, chemistry, or biology.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production coordination capacity, ideally within the biotechnology sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with cGMP regulations and ISO 13485:2016 is advantageous.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.
