Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Strip, buff, and wax floors as needed.
  • Dust and clean ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and loose furniture.
  • Scrub and sanitize bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
  • Empty trash cans and wash and dry windows.
  • Request cleaning supply orders and report any breakages or needed repairs.
  • Assist building management with projects and other job duties as requested.
  • Perform light handyman duties and painting tasks.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
