Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze assessment data, and create individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate of Nursing, nursing (required), or Diploma in Nursing (required), or Bachelors of Science, nursing (preferred).
  • Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (preferred), and valid nursing license from the state of practice (required).
