Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage all liquor, beer, and wine deliveries from the storeroom on a daily basis.

  • Assist in retrieving food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms for bar service.
  • Set up and organize the bar area, ensuring that all top-shelf liquors are properly displayed.
  • Ensure that all beer taps are functioning correctly and that bar snacks are readily available for guests.
  • Support bartenders by preparing and serving beverages as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing work surfaces and disposing of rubbish.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.
