Job Description- We are seeking a highly skilled PBX Operator to join our team. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective communications services to our administrative staff and residents by answering phones and offering assistance to visitors.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring fire alarm systems, video/audio entry door camera systems, resident alert systems, severe weather warning equipment, and other transmitters or devices.
- TWO-YEAR CERTIFICATE FROM COLLEGE OR TECHNICAL SCHOOL; OR THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL.
- PROFICIENT IN COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING WORD PROCESSING, DATABASE MANAGEMENT, AND SPREADSHEETS.
- ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED, SOMETIMES STRESSFUL AREA, TO MOVE FROM ONE TASK TO ANOTHER WITH MULTIPLE INTERRUPTIONS.
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS REQUIRED.
