Job Summary

Boise Cascade is seeking a highly skilled EWP Shift Supervisor to lead our Veneer and LVL production crews. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production facilities, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production crews to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance
  • Provide coaching and training to hourly employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience in a production environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
