Optician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #1646. As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by acknowledging customers, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, and supporting store operations by executing daily workloads and processes.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise, including eyewear and contact lenses, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support store operations by executing daily workloads and processes, including opening and closing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
