MEDICORP, INC. is seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team in Western Texas. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care as a Hospitalist Physician, working closely with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 18 patients per day, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with our ICU team to manage ventilated patients, with the support of a backup physician for other procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in hospital medicine.
- Work closely with our medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (BC/BE)
- Experience as a Hospitalist Physician or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team
- Competitive base salary of $285,000+ plus quality and production bonuses
- Additional shift rate of $2,300 per shift
- Full benefits package, including medical, CME, malpractice, sign-on bonus, and more
