Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment, including air handling units, variable air volume systems, fan coil units, and split systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with the installation and repair of kitchen equipment and ice machines.
  • Conduct daily readings and logs to ensure accurate tracking of equipment performance.
  • Schedule and complete equipment preventive maintenance (PMs) to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with mechanics and external contractors to repair building property and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate refrigerant logs and inventory of HVAC supplies.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the facilities team.
Requirements
  • EPA Universal certification.
  • Commercial kitchen equipment and commercial refrigeration experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
