Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Highway Maintenance Technician to join our team at DeAngelo Contracting Services. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on highways, including mowing, patching, and cleaning culverts. You will also assist in storm cleanup and emergency response efforts, and repair fences and signs. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on highways, including mowing, patching, and cleaning culverts.
  • Assist in storm cleanup and emergency response efforts.
  • Repair fences and signs, and remove litter/debris from roadsides.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Able to work in adverse weather conditions and lift moderately heavy objects.
  • Good eye-hand coordination and adaptability to changing situations.
