Job Description

Job Summary

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor to lead our members in a group environment through a pre-arranged format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group fitness classes in a high-energy and motivating environment
  • Develop and implement new class formats and ideas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques

Requirements

  • Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to lift light weights, bend, squat, jump, run, reach, walk, hop, spin, and kick
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
