Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part Time Sales Specialist to join our team at our El Paso store. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing authentic relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, assessing their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.

- Customer Engagement: Connect with existing and potential customers, maintaining accurate customer information using our supported technology.
- Repair and Maintenance: Inspect and clean customers' jewelry, consulting on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.
- Goal-Oriented: Be driven to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, and team-spirited work style, embodying our company core values.
- Customer Focus: Commit to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high integrity and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Flexibility: Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays, to meet business needs.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment, or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
- Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
We offer a competitive part-time hourly schedule, providing flexibility during key events and peak selling times. Eligible employees receive health and welfare benefits, sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs. Additional benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off, such as vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a company match and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
