Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team at Pollo Campero. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality assurance.
Responsibilities- Maintain effective communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food prepared in the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook chicken dishes, including marinating and breading.
- Ensure all chicken is properly inspected and handled to meet health and safety standards.
- Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lift and push 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must follow company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
- Must be able to provide authorized U.S. work documents.
$20.50 per hour.
