Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Automotive Detailer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the industry.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.50, with opportunities for yearly merit increases based on performance. Our maximum rate of pay for this position is $22.80 per hour.

Our company operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands, and we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles rented by our customers are safe and clean.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Check fuel levels, warning lights, and vehicle condition to ensure vehicles are ready for rental
  • Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns and report any issues to management
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Assist customers when needed and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license for a minimum of 1 year
  • Must have no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company
  • Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
