Job Summary:

The Child Counselor is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing emotional and mental support to children and adolescents in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address the emotional and mental needs of our young clients
• Develop and implement personalized counseling plans to promote healthy development and well-being
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Provide education and resources to families and caregivers to promote healthy relationships and communication

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or related field
• Current licensure or certification in the state of Texas
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of child development issues and cultural sensitivities
• Ability to work extended hours as needed and maintain confidentiality
