Job Summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled Refinishing Technician to restore and refinish various surfaces. As a Refinishing Technician, you will play a pivotal role in transforming worn and damaged surfaces, bringing them back to their original beauty.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect surfaces to determine the extent of refinishing required
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning
  • Apply refinishing materials to achieve desired results
  • Repair existing damage or imperfections
  • Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project completion
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and time spent on each job
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General Liability Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in refinishing
  • Proficient in refinishing techniques and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • Living in the US
