Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tractor within the facility and on public roads, transporting various types of trailers
  • Conduct inspections of the tractor and yard truck before and after your shift
  • Safely maneuver the tractor/trailer throughout the facility in designated lanes
  • Maintain cleanliness within the assigned tractor/trailer and surrounding areas
  • Inspect trailers prior to movement to confirm their condition
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and practices

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

At a minimum, you will need:

  • 6 months of experience with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
  • A valid CDL Class A and a clean driving record for the past 2 years

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with various trailer types (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
