Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Planet Fitness - Excel Fitness. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our clubs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment.
  • Stock locker rooms with essential supplies and paper products.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Club Manager.
  • Follow our Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with front desk duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Custodial experience is preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Honesty and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
