Position Overview:

A Production Assembler in the Fiber Glass Doors division plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process. This position is integral to the assembly of patio doors, focusing on various stages of production within the Fiber Glass line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned tasks in the construction of patio doors with precision and efficiency.
  • Contribute to departmental manufacturing objectives while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Utilize standard work instructions to support product assembly processes.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and timely completion of tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exemplify the Core Values of the company in all professional interactions.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, or similar fields.
  • Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Experience with both hand and power tools.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, and work with fractions.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
