Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal RF Design Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Mission Systems team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced RF systems for our customers. Your expertise in RF engineering and system design will be critical in helping us deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop advanced RF systems for our customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger systems
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for RF systems
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in RF engineering and system design
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Strong understanding of RF principles and system design
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
