Orthopedic PACU Nurse

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PACU Registered Nurse to join our team at AICA Orthopedics. As a key member of our surgical recovery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth transition for patients from the operating room to the recovery area.

### Responsibilities

* Monitor patients in the PACU and provide individualized care to meet their unique needs
* Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, as well as state guidelines
* Maintain equipment in the center and ensure it is functioning properly
* Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to assign clinical duties and ensure a smooth workflow
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols

### Qualifications

* Current Georgia Registered Nurse license
* ACLS and BCLS certification
* Experience in Special Procedures (GI, Pain, O.R.) preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
