Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our Essentia Health Sports Medicine team. As an Athletic Trainer, you will provide top-notch care to patients of all ages, from adolescents to geriatrics, in a sports or clinical environment. Your expertise will include evaluation and assessment, education, treatment, and consultation services, as well as related patient care activities under the supervision of our team physician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Athletic Trainer services to patients in a sports or clinical environment
  • Evaluate and assess patients to determine the best course of treatment
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with our team physician to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in athletic training
Requirements
  • Athletic training program graduate
  • NATA board certification (BOC) required upon hire
  • Registered by Board of Medical Practice per state guidelines
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required upon hire
