Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Coffee Specialist to join our Café team. This role operates Monday to Friday, offering a competitive compensation of $18/hr plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Provide outstanding hospitality in line with our Brand Standards.
  • Set up, replenish, and maintain Food and Beverage stations efficiently.
  • Address special client requests and last-minute needs with professionalism.
  • Build rapport with clients to enhance their experience.
  • Respond to client inquiries about our offerings in a friendly manner.
  • Execute Program Execution Orders accurately.
  • Adhere to checklists and Standard Operating Procedures diligently.
  • Prepare and organize conference and refreshment rooms as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menus and recipes.
  • Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as per company standards.
  • Conduct cleaning tasks including table and chair maintenance, dishwashing, and polishing utensils.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance consistently.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members.
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Handle cash transactions courteously and accurately.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a barista or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Motivated and capable of leading team members.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Food Hygiene or Food Handling Certificate is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is set at $18/hr plus tips, reflecting the anticipated salary range based on national data. Individual pay may vary based on experience and skills.
