Position Overview:
Soliant is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). This role is designed for those looking to enhance their skills in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations of students' speech and language capabilities.
- Assist in the creation and execution of personalized treatment strategies aimed at achieving specific communication objectives.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to students, both in individual and group formats, under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to foster students' communication development.
- Track and document student advancements, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Engage in IEP meetings, contributing insights on speech and language targets.
- Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as recognized by ASHA.
- Experience with school-aged children is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and associated disorders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
