Assistant to Dentists and Hygienists

Palatine, IL-based Banner Personnel seeks an experienced Assistant to Dentists and Hygienists to support their dental team.

This role involves:

  1. Preparing patients for treatment sessions.
  2. Assisting dentists and hygienists during procedures.
  3. Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling billing.
  4. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in making temporary restorations.
  • Familiarity with the Dentrix practice management system.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a dental assistant.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00-$23.00 per hour for 30 hours of work per week.
