Job Title: Quality Technician I

Kforce has a client in the New Berlin, WI area that is looking for a Quality Technician I. This role is fully onsite. We are seeking a candidate to focus on product/material inspection. In this role, you will report to the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct calibration activities to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Assist with resolving material and process non-conformities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or related work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control and data analysis.
  • Able to use measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
