Autism Interventionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Autism Interventionist to join our team at BlueSprig. As an Autism Interventionist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using an ABA-based approach.
• Provide exceptional behavior treatment services, teaching clients communication, social, and self-help skills.
• Collect data to monitor progress and provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or special education
* Experience working with individuals with autism and their families
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
