Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Research team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle of fraud fighting, from early stages of exploratory research to development of statistical detection techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead research initiatives for 1-3 of our largest customer accounts, providing specialized insight reports into threats and data quality.
  • Identify top customer concerns and common issues to improve our product systematically.
  • Serve as the representative of the Research/Detection team by presenting analysis during business reviews and other customer calls.
  • Deliver new customer-facing features through collaboration with Customer Success Engineering teams.
  • Identify impactful detection leads that increase velocity from time of threat identification to implementation of mitigation in HUMAN products.
  • Deploy stop-gap defenses for emerging threats through the development of analyses, models, algorithms, and dashboards.
