Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at Lakeland Village Residential Habilitation Center. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to adults with intellectual disabilities, helping them to achieve their maximum independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including hygiene, grooming, and toileting
  • Coach, teach, and mentor residents in daily living skills and activities
  • Transport residents to appointments and activities on and off campus
  • Document and report on care provided and any changes
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and nights
  • Valid Washington State driver's license (or ability to obtain)
