POSITION OVERVIEW

Accountable for the preparation and delivery of meals provided to patients and clients. Demonstrates customer service abilities that align with the Medical Center's operational standards. Accurately serves food items on patient tray lines, ensuring compliance with prescribed dietary requirements. Provides Restaurant patrons with high-quality meals at the appropriate temperature and portion sizes. May handle cash transactions. Upholds cleanliness and organization in the work environment and equipment. Ensures all food items and supplies are labeled and stored according to County and State regulations. May operate dishwashing equipment and/or clean cooking utensils.
