We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team in the Kershaw, SC area.

This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2024-2025 school year.

About the Role:

This role involves working collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff to promote a positive and inclusive school environment.

The ideal candidate will have a valid South Carolina School Psychologist license, a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field, and previous experience as a school psychologist.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Psychological Evaluations: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Counseling and Support: Provide individual and group counseling to students to address behavioral, emotional, and academic issues.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Crisis Intervention: Facilitate crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Valid South Carolina School Psychologist license
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Salary: $52.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Location: Kershaw, SC Area.
