Allegro Tallahassee is in search of a dedicated Part-Time Receptionist to manage our Front Desk at our Senior Living Community. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and potentially some holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact via phone and in-person interactions with prospects, residents, families, associates, and vendors.
- Welcome all guests, visitors, residents, and vendors warmly, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and direct visitors and vendors to the appropriate personnel.
- Oversee the daily collection, preparation, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all relevant resident, associate, community, and company information.
- Log resident maintenance requests using the company’s Work Order system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, calculators, and multi-line phone systems.
- Must pass a background screening.
- Adherence to the company’s drug-free workplace policy is mandatory.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
