Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project or Excel
    • Coordinate program requirements with Adcole assembly and test departments to ensure on-time hardware delivery
    • Manage preparation and submission of all documentation deliverables per customer statement of work and Adcole gage sales orders
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to identify opportunities for operational performance enhancement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Customer Communication
    • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal resources on all aspects of the program
    • Provide comprehensive reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects with various customer-specific requirements
  • Certification in Project Management strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to convey technical issues and their implications to customers
  • Familiarity with GD&T and ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Willingness to learn about Adcole Gage models and their inspection parameters
  • Multiple years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
