We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Advocates. As a Residential LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing services to our residents, working under the direction of our Residential Program Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with medical management, including physicals, referrals, prescriptions, appointments, and treatments.
- Provide emergency first aid and coordinate with residents, family members, physicians, and other medical providers.
- Implement, oversee, and document medication management in accordance with agency and funder regulations.
- Oversee direct care staff and monitor the continuity and level of care provided.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and service planning meetings.
- Massachusetts LPN licensure and 1 year of experience in a community healthcare setting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
