About the Position

We are seeking registered nurses who are enrolled in a refresher program to participate in a preceptorship opportunity. This program provides a collaborative learning environment where you will have the opportunity to redevelop your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for your RN Refresher Program.

Job Description

This non-benefited, unpaid position involves working alongside experienced nurses in a Banner Health facility. You will be clinically supported by unit staff and educators, and unit preferences will be taken into consideration as we strive to achieve your nursing career goals.

Requirements
  • Enrollment in refresher program with the board of nursing
  • Current BLS card through the American Heart Association or able to obtain before program starts.
  • BSN is preferred
  • Ideal candidates will reside in a state with a Banner Health clinic, hospital, or facility
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 depending on location and experience.
