Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide treatment for individuals experiencing challenges with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing as directed by physician referrals.
  • Review and analyze patient histories, including current diagnoses and relevant medical information, to ensure safe and effective treatment.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives and design treatment plans aimed at helping patients achieve their highest potential in communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss patient assessments, treatment progress, and plans for discharge.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and billing in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following:

  • A Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and unrestricted state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological conditions.
