Our facility is a 78-bed establishment that includes specialized care for individuals with memory-related conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents and collaborate with a supportive healthcare team.

The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role within the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents while employing strong critical thinking and assessment skills, in compliance with all relevant regulations.

The Charge Nurse is tasked with delegating care responsibilities to nursing staff based on their qualifications and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications safely
  • Conducting thorough resident assessments
  • Monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Implementing treatments and procedures as directed by physicians

The Charge Nurse also participates in the interdisciplinary team, facilitating resident admissions and discharges, as well as contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

This position is part-time, with a day shift from 6 AM to 6 PM.
