Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Verification Specialist to join our team in Hurricane, Utah.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing performance reviews across departments and divisions, ensuring accuracy and implementation throughout each step.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze performance reviews for accuracy and completeness
  2. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the Inspections Manager
  3. Verify that performance reviews are implemented correctly
  4. Coordinate with Quality Control for needed trainings and corrections
  5. Provide regular reports to the Inspections Manager on findings and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools to drive efficiency and successful outcomes
  • Strong record-keeping skills, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity
  • Familiarity with statistical principles and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
