About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated project manager to lead our water resources and public works projects. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams, and ensuring the successful execution and completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in water resources and public works project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of water resources and public works engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as ESRI ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, Civil3D, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, InfoWorks ICM, EPA-SWMM
