Vehicle Maintenance Technician Lead

Job DescriptionThe Vehicle Maintenance Technician Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet vehicles. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, and maintaining accurate records of work performed.
Responsibilities and RequirementsThe following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements of the Vehicle Maintenance Technician Lead position:
- Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks: Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and Repair Complex Issues: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including vehicle maintenance history and repair logs.
- Work Effectively with Others: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective fleet operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ Years of Experience: In a related field, such as automotive repair or maintenance.
- CDL License: A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic equipment and software, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
