Concessions Ambassador

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Concessions Ambassador to join our team at the Rose Quarter, home of the Portland Trail Blazers. As a Concessions Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a Point-of-Sale system, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive experience
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for food and beverage items
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and concessions stands, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Adapt to shifting stand locations within the arena and pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment

• Friendly and energetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology and programs
• Excellent attendance and ability to work evening and weekend events as scheduled

• Tipped position, averaging an additional $15 per hour
