About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery and Installation Operations Supervisor to oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of all furniture and equipment deliveries and installations. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by managing the delivery process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliveries and Installations:

  • Supervise all city deliveries to ensure they are completed accurately, courteously, and on time.
  • Assist drivers with loading/unloading supplies, machines, and furniture for timely deliveries.
  • Ongoingly deliver furniture and supplies directly to customers.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams for seamless delivery to customers.
  • Provide operational service quotes to sales teams and customers, including labor rates and delivery timelines.
  • Respond to installation and delivery inquiries from sales teams.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to manage manpower for receiving large or off-site shipments.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains organized and clean, with all equipment in working order.
  • Train new Shipping/Receiving team members and provide ongoing training for current personnel.

Personnel Management:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Shipping/Receiving staff, including assembly, storage, and installation of furniture.
  • Ensure team performance aligns with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sales teams and foster effective communication.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
