We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Caregiver Recruiter to join our team at Advantage Home Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for calling potential caregivers who apply online, inputting their information into our system, and gathering new employee paperwork and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential caregivers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Utilize our system to efficiently manage candidate information and track the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with our HR team to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with caregivers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to efficiently manage candidate information and track the hiring process.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
