Mixologist

Corky's Barbecue is a renowned restaurant chain that prides itself on delivering exceptional food and customer service. To maintain this high standard, we're seeking skilled bartenders who can thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

We're looking for a talented bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks, and providing expert recommendations to our guests.

• Develop a friendly and outgoing personality to set the tone for our guests' experience
• Mix and serve drinks to guests, either directly or by fulfilling servers' orders
• Be an expert in every product sold at Corky's restaurants and provide recommendations to enhance the guests' experience
• Upsell retail, bulk menus, lunch and dinner menus, liquor, beer, and wine to increase sales
• Work nights and weekends as required
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform continuous bending, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms
• Clearly communicate guest needs to other team members
• Handle money and operate a cash register
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Uphold all brand standards
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and have a high school diploma or equivalent

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting
• A great attitude and work ethic
• Open availability, including nights and weekends
• The ability to showcase Memphis hospitality to all guests and fellow team members
