The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global systems and processes, working closely with IT teams and third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop global systems and processes
  • Provide technical expertise and support to IT teams and stakeholders

  • Lead the creation, review, and submission of technical support documentation updates

  • Collaborate with third-party onsite and offshore IT resources on software development and service management activities
  • Ability to instruct and guide less senior software developers/analysts
  • Develop and deliver system and process training to user communities
  • Assist in the training of customers on system applications
  • Work directly with software vendors for prompt resolution of problems or emergencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree and 8+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
  • Experience leading, managing, and delivering projects in a technology/digital environment
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements
  • Commitment to problem-solving and interfacing with colleagues and clients
  • Experience with API, HTML, Agile, and cloud systems
  • Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Comfortable with scripting and debugging when requested
