Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Engineering Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our company.

Job Duties

  • Support project teams in completing designated projects while learning construction industry processes and company policies.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field.
  • Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Details

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $25-$27 per hour. The selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities may affect the final hourly rate.
