IT Support Specialist

Position Overview:
As an integral part of Compass Solutions, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive support for all technology hardware and software systems within our organization. Your role will encompass both in-person and remote assistance to our clientele.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, asset management, thorough documentation, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT resources.
You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.Additionally, you will assist in coordinating audiovisual setups and providing support for video conferencing platforms. Familiarity with virtual meeting applications such as MS Teams, Zoom, and GoTo is preferred.
Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, particularly Microsoft Teams Rooms certified devices, is also advantageous.
Utilizing company-provided tools like Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), you will monitor and maintain computer systems.
Your role will involve identifying and diagnosing hardware, software, or network-related issues, and developing a strategy for resolution, repair, or replacement of resources as necessary.
Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, and Windows 10/11 is essential.Collaboration with other departments within the IT sector on various projects and initiatives will be expected.
Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Participation in after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Occasional travel to remote locations for support may be necessary.
Experience in an enterprise IT environment is preferred.
We seek individuals who are eager to learn new systems and software in a dynamic setting.
