Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job Description:

As a RN Charge, you will:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and department efficiency
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in emergency nursing

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current registered nurse license in the State of Tennessee or compact state in good standing
  • At least 4 years of experience in Emergency Department specialty
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
