About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Substance Abuse Recovery Professional to join our team at St. John's Recovery Place, a leading provider of substance abuse treatment services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals recover from addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including counseling, therapy, and education.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with medical professionals, therapists, and other support staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and stakeholders, providing education and support throughout the treatment process.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
